Top 10 Places You Should Never Go

Hey, guys! Dice Rollen here with some locations that you probably shouldn’t visit. These are places that are creepy or dangerous, sometimes both. So without further ado, these are ten places you should never go.

The Door to Hell in Turkmenistan.

This location was discovered accidentally by geologists in 1971 who were drilling in Derweze. The ground had collapsed which left a hole about 100 meters in diameter. Scientists were afraid of the effects of the poisonous gas discharge so they set fire to the hole & it’s been burning ever since. So that’s why you probably won’t want to visit here, lest you get your own hole set on fire.

Rajneeshee Cult’s Former Ranch in Oregon.

This ranch was used by the cult lead by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh who were responsible for the first bioterrorist attack in the United States using salmonella. At the ranch they engaged in things like LSD & orgies. If you’re able to see the inside of the building here you’d like find a lot of psychedelic drawings, mostly focusing on Bhagwan. There are also mirrors, some of which are very funhouse-like.

The Capuchin Crypt in Italy.

Under the church of Santa Maria della Concezione dei Cappuccini are six rooms that are decorated entirely with the remains of 3,700 friar bodies. The rooms include the Crypt of the Resurrection which contains Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead framed by skeletal parts, The Mass Chapel which has a plaque that contains the heart of Maria Felice Peretti, the Crypt of Skulls, the Crypt of Pelvises, the Crypt of Leg Bones & Thigh Bones & the Crypt of the Three Skeletons which holds a display of life, death & good & evil.

The Izu Islands in Japan.

These are volcanic islands east & south of the Izu Peninsula in Japan. They are known for the smell of sulfur that’s constantly hanging in the air. All residents on the islands were forced to leave in 1953 & 2000 because of the high levels of gas as well as activity in the volcanoes. They were allowed to return in 2005 with the requirement of having gas masks on their person at all times just in case the levels of gas rose again.

Ramree Island in Burma.

This island is really more of swamp that’s filled with large & very deadly crocodiles. During World War 2 it’s said that over 400 soldiers were eaten by these reptiles. So it’s pretty safe to say that you probably shouldn’t go swimming here.

The Alnwick Poison Garden in England.

As the name suggests this is a garden made entirely of plants that can kill you. It was inspired by the Botanical Gardens in Italy & contained hundreds of deadly & illegal specimens including belladonna, mandrake & hemlock. It’s strongly advised that no one visiting the garden should touch, smell or cut any of the plants growing there. The garden also has 24/7 surveillance that guards against thieves & otherwise stupid people.

The Zone of Alienation in Ukraine.

This is a 19 mile area around the Chernobyl disaster. Soon after the disaster it was placed under military control & people were attempted to be evacuated. However some residents refused to leave or came back some time after. It’s still pretty likely you could get radiation poisoning if you were to visit here.

The Cecil Hotel in California.

For anyone who delves in some of the more dark & creepy videos here on Youtube, I’m sure you know about this hotel because of the very odd case of Elisa Lam. Her body was found in one of the water tanks after complaints from the hotel residents of their water looking & tasting strange. This is mysterious because an elevator surveillance tape show Elisa acting odd before her disappearance & death. No one knows who or what killed her. Aside from Elisa’s mysterious death, there are several other disturbing stories tied to the Cecil Hotel. Including that of The Night Stalker & his copycat killer, Jack Unterweger, who both lived in the hotel. More recently the hotel has had a name chance & is now known as the Stay on Main in an attempt to rid itself of it’s dark past.

Snake Island in Brazil.

If you don’t already know why you shouldn’t visit this island, allow me to explain. This island has been left alone by development because of the 1-5 snakes per square meter that live there. They are also the pit viper species of golden lance heads. And their bite is fatal due to the fact that the poison is fast-acting & will melt your flesh.

The Catacombs of Paris in France.

The catacombs were originally made because of graveyards overflowing. The bones of over 6 million Parisians lines the walls & floor. Something else that makes the catacombs creepy is that while part of it is open to the public, it’s extremely easy to get lost without a guide since there’s literally miles of tunnels. Not all of which have been mapped out. There’s a video taken by someone who had gotten lost in the tunnels & was never found. But his camera was & in the video it almost seems like he was being chased by something.

And that was my list of ten places you should never go. I hope you enjoyed this video, if you did give it a like to let me know. Don’t forget to leave a comment down below, do you agree with my list?
